기기 저장 (개인 공간) / Device storage (personal space)

개인 공간에서 입력한 작업명, 고객명·주소, 항목, 메모, 완료 상태와 선택한 사진은 이 앱의 기기 저장소에 보관합니다. 계정에 로그인해도 개인 공간의 자료는 자동으로 서버에 올라가지 않습니다. 서버로 전송되는 경우는 아래 "팀 공간"과 "고객 검토 링크"에 적은 것뿐입니다.

Jobs, customer names and addresses, items, notes, completion status and selected photos entered in the personal space are stored in this app's device storage. Signing in does not automatically upload them. Data leaves the device only in the cases described under "Team space" and "Customer review links" below.

계정 / Account (optional)

계정은 선택 사항이며 팀 공간과 고객 검토 링크 발행에 필요합니다. 로그인은 Google LLC의 Firebase Authentication으로 처리하며 이메일·비밀번호 또는 Google 로그인을 사용할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호는 운영자가 저장하거나 볼 수 없고 Firebase가 처리합니다.

• 항목: 이메일 주소, 로그인 제공자 정보, 계정 식별자(UID), Report 회원 상태, 표시 이름
• 목적: 로그인, 본인 계정 구분, 팀 구성원 표시
• 보관 기간: Report 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청 시까지

공용 로그인 계정: 이 Firebase 로그인 프로젝트는 운영자의 다른 "momo" 앱과 함께 사용합니다. 모모 리포트를 탈퇴하면 모모 리포트 회원 자격만 종료되며, 다른 momo 앱과 공유하는 로그인 계정은 삭제되지 않습니다. 로그인 계정 전체의 삭제는 아래 연락처로 별도 요청해야 합니다.

An account is optional and is needed for team spaces and for publishing customer review links. Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication by Google LLC, with email/password or Google sign-in. The operator does not store or see your password; Firebase handles it. Items: email address, sign-in provider information, account ID (UID), Report membership status, display name. Purpose: sign-in, identifying your account, showing team members. Retention: until you leave MomoReport or request deletion.

Shared sign-in account: This Firebase sign-in project is shared with the operator's other "momo" apps. Leaving MomoReport ends only your MomoReport membership; it does not delete the shared sign-in account. To delete the whole sign-in account, send a separate request to the contact email below.

팀 공간과 서버 자료 / Team space and server data

팀 공간을 만들거나 참여하면 다음 자료가 서버에 저장됩니다. 서버 접근은 앱 서버 기능을 통해서만 이루어지며 팀 구성원의 역할과 담당 범위에 따라 제한됩니다.

• Report 회원 정보와 표시 이름
• 팀 이름, 구성원 역할, 초대 기록 (초대 코드는 해시값으로만 저장)
• 관리자가 입력한 협력자 명부 항목 (이름, 업종, 전화번호, 메모)
• 팀 공간에서 동기화한 작업: 해당 작업에 연결된 고객 정보, 일정, 상담, 기록, 원본 사진. 팀 안에서는 원본 사진의 EXIF 메타데이터(촬영시각·위치 등)가 포함될 수 있습니다.
• 작업별 담당 범위 (연락처·견적·메모 열람 허용 여부 등)
• 감사 기록: 행위자 ID, 당시 표시 이름, 행위, 시각 (비밀번호·인증 토큰·메시지 본문은 기록하지 않음)

목적: 팀 단위 작업 공유, 권한 관리, 문제 발생 시 변경 이력 확인. 보관 기간: 아래 "보관과 삭제" 참조. 사진 속 개인정보와 팀원이 볼 수 있는 연락처·주소는 팀 안의 다른 구성원에게 보일 수 있으니 역할과 담당 범위를 확인하세요.

When you create or join a team space, the following is stored on the server. Server access goes only through the app's server functions and is limited by each member's role and assignment scope.

• Report membership and display name
• Team name, member roles, invite records (invite codes are stored only as hashes)
• Partner directory entries entered by a manager (name, trade, phone number, memo)
• Team-space jobs synced for team use: customers linked to the job, schedules, consultations, records and original photos. Within the team, original photos may contain EXIF metadata such as time and location.
• Assignment scopes per job (for example whether contact, quote or memo fields are visible)
• Audit events: actor ID, display name at the time, action, time (no passwords, tokens or message bodies)

Purpose: sharing work within a team, access control, and checking change history when problems occur. Retention: see "Retention and deletion". Photos and contact or address fields visible to your role may be seen by other team members; check roles and assignment scopes.

고객 검토 링크 / Customer review links

작업자는 고객에게 보여줄 기록과 사진을 직접 선택해 검토 링크를 발행할 수 있습니다.

• 공개되는 것: 작업자가 선택한 기록과 사진. 사진은 업로드 전과 서버 저장 시 다시 인코딩해 EXIF·위치(GPS) 정보를 제거합니다.
• 공개되지 않는 것: 고객명, 연락처, 주소, 견적, 내부 메모
• 사진 속 얼굴, 차량번호, 주소 등은 자동으로 가려지지 않습니다. 작업자가 발행 전에 직접 확인해야 하며, 개인정보가 가려진다고 보장하지 않습니다.
• 링크 토큰은 해시값으로만 저장합니다. 링크는 발행 후 30일이 지나면 만료되며 작업자는 언제든 회수할 수 있습니다.
• 고객은 계정 없이 링크를 열 수 있습니다. 고객이 남기는 의견(선택 닉네임 최대 30자, 내용 최대 2000자, 확인·문의·재작업 요청 중 하나)은 같은 링크를 가진 모든 사람에게 보입니다. 의견에 개인정보를 적지 마세요.
• 검토 페이지에는 광고가 없고, 쿠키를 설정하지 않으며, 브라우저에 아무것도 저장하지 않습니다.
• 남용 방지를 위해 링크 토큰의 해시값과 IP 주소 기반의 요청 횟수 기록을 처리합니다. 남용 방지 목적이며 기록 후 약 3일 안에 자동 삭제됩니다.

Workers choose the records and photos to show customers and may publish a review link.

• Shown: the records and photos the worker selected. Photos are re-encoded before upload and again when stored on the server, removing EXIF and GPS data.
• Not shown: customer name, contact details, address, quotes, internal memos.
• Visible faces, license plates and addresses in photos are not removed automatically. The worker must check before publishing; we do not promise that personal information is concealed.
• The link token is stored only as a hash. A link expires 30 days after creation and the worker can revoke it at any time.
• Customers can open a link without an account. Feedback they send (optional nickname up to 30 characters, text up to 2000 characters, one of acknowledge / question / rework request) is visible to everyone who has the same link. Do not include personal information in feedback.
• The review page shows no ads, sets no cookies, and stores nothing in the browser.
• To prevent abuse, we process request counters keyed by a hash of the link token and by IP-derived keys. This is for abuse prevention and is deleted automatically within about 3 days.

광고 / Advertising

앱 화면에는 Google AdMob 배너 광고가 표시됩니다. 고객 검토 페이지에는 광고가 없고 전면 광고는 사용하지 않습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 Google UMP를 통해 동의를 받습니다. AdMob은 Google 정책에 따라 기기 식별자·광고 ID와 이용 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

The app shows Google AdMob banner ads. Customer review pages have no ads and the app uses no interstitial ads. Where required, consent is collected through Google UMP. 앱 업데이트 / App updates

앱 업데이트는 Google Play의 인앱 업데이트 기능을 통해 안내·설치됩니다. 이 과정은 Google Play가 처리합니다.

App updates are offered and installed through Google Play in-app updates, which Google Play handles.

국외 처리 / Overseas processing

서버 자료와 로그인 정보는 Google LLC의 Firebase / Google Cloud에 저장·처리되며, 광고는 Google AdMob이 처리합니다.

• 받는 자: Google LLC
• 항목: 위 "계정", "팀 공간과 서버 자료", "고객 검토 링크", "광고"에 적은 항목
• 목적: 로그인, 서버 저장·전달, 광고 표시
• 보관 기간: 아래 "보관과 삭제" 참조
• 이전 국가: 자료는 대한민국(서울) 리전에 저장합니다. Google의 실제 처리 위치는 Google 정책에 따릅니다.

Server data and sign-in information are stored and processed by Firebase / Google Cloud (Google LLC); ads are handled by Google AdMob. Recipient: Google LLC. Items: those listed under "Account", "Team space and server data", "Customer review links" and "Advertising". Purpose: sign-in, server storage and delivery, ad display. Retention: see "Retention and deletion". Location: data is stored in the Republic of Korea (Seoul) region; where Google actually processes data follows Google's policies.

사진과 보고서, 백업과 공유 / Photos, reports, backups and sharing

기기에 보관된 원본 사진에는 EXIF 촬영시각·위치 등의 메타데이터가 남을 수 있습니다. PDF에는 원본 파일을 첨부하지 않고 사진을 그려 넣습니다. 고객명·주소는 공개 설정을 켠 경우에 포함됩니다. PDF의 모든 메타데이터를 제거하거나 익명화한다고 보장하지 않습니다. ZIP 백업은 고객 정보, 휴지통 항목, 원본 사진과 메타데이터를 포함하며 암호화되지 않습니다. 백업과 PDF의 저장·공유 대상은 기기 공유창에서 직접 선택하며, 공유된 외부 사본은 앱에서 회수하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다.

Original photos kept on the device may contain EXIF time, location or other metadata. PDFs draw the photos rather than attaching originals. Customer names and addresses appear when disclosure is enabled. We do not promise complete PDF metadata removal or anonymization. ZIP backups include customer data, trash, originals and metadata and are not encrypted. You choose where to save or share backups and PDFs through your device sheet; the app cannot recall or delete external copies.

보관과 삭제 / Retention and deletion

서버의 팀 자료, 검토본(snapshot)과 고객 의견은 작업자가 삭제를 요청하거나 팀 자료를 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. 고객 링크는 만든 때부터 30일 뒤 만료되며, 만료되거나 회수된 링크로는 더 이상 볼 수 없습니다. 모모 리포트를 탈퇴하면 내가 만든 활성 링크가 모두 회수되고 팀 구성원 자격이 끝납니다. 서버에 남은 자료의 삭제는 아래 지원 이메일로 요청하면 확인 후 30일 이내에 처리합니다. 공용 로그인 계정은 위 "계정"에 설명한 대로 별도 요청이 필요합니다. 기기 안의 자료는 Android 설정의 앱 저장공간 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 지울 수 있으며, 외부 공유·백업 사본은 직접 관리해야 합니다. 서버 백업·로그에서의 완전한 소거 시점은 보장하지 않습니다.

Server team data, review snapshots and customer feedback are kept until the worker asks for deletion or deletes the team data. Customer links expire 30 days after creation, and expired or revoked links can no longer be viewed. When you leave MomoReport, your active links are revoked and your team memberships end. To delete data remaining on the server, email the support address below; we handle verified requests within 30 days. The shared sign-in account needs a separate request as described under "Account". Device data can be removed by clearing app storage in Android settings or uninstalling; manage external shared and backup copies yourself. We do not guarantee when data is fully erased from server backups and logs.

이용자 권리 / Your rights

본인 정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제를 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 고객 검토 링크로 의견을 남긴 고객은 해당 사업자(링크를 발행한 작업자) 또는 운영자 이메일로 본인 의견의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 확인을 위해 링크 주소나 의견 내용 등 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing the address below. A customer who left feedback through a review link may ask the business that published the link, or the operator by email, to delete that feedback. We may ask for additional details, such as the link or the feedback text, to locate the data.
