계정 / Account

서비스를 이용하려면 계정이 필요합니다. 로그인은 Google LLC의 Firebase Authentication으로 처리하며 이메일·비밀번호 또는 Google 로그인을 사용할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호는 Firebase가 암호화(해시)하여 처리하며 운영자는 볼 수 없습니다.

• 항목: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(해시), 표시 이름, 로그인 제공자 정보, 계정 식별자(UID)
• 목적: 로그인, 본인 계정 구분, 상대에게 이름 표시
• 보관 기간: 계정 삭제 시까지

An account is required to use the service. Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication by Google LLC, with email/password or Google sign-in. Firebase hashes your password; the operator cannot see it. Items: email address, password (hashed), display name, sign-in provider information, account ID (UID). Purpose: sign-in, identifying your account, showing your name to your partner. Retention: until you delete your account.

커플 연결 / Pairing

6자리 초대 코드로 두 계정을 연결합니다. 초대 코드는 24시간 뒤 만료되며, 연결 정보와 함께 Cloud Firestore(서울 리전)에 저장됩니다. 연결된 상대는 내 표시 이름과 공유 자료를 볼 수 있습니다.

A 6-character invite code links two accounts. The code expires after 24 hours and is stored with the pairing information in Cloud Firestore (Seoul region). Your partner can see your display name and the shared data.

공유 계획 / Shared plans

함께 만드는 계획에는 다음이 저장되며 두 사람 모두에게 보입니다.

• 제목, 날짜·시간과 시간대, 예산, 예약 여부, 메모, 서로의 동의 상태
• 장소 이름과 선택적 지도 좌표 (Google 지도·장소 검색으로 고른 경우)

목적: 두 사람이 계획을 함께 확인하고 맞추기. 보관 기간: 아래 "보관과 삭제" 참조.

Plans you make together store the following and are visible to both of you.

• Title, date and time with time zone, budget, reservation status, memo and each partner's agreement status
• Place name and optional map coordinates (when picked through Google Maps / Places)

Purpose: letting both of you view and settle plans together. Retention: see "Retention and deletion".

대화 / Chat

두 사람이 주고받는 메시지는 Cloud Firestore에, 대화에 첨부한 사진(최대 5MB, 위치 등 촬영 정보를 지운 JPEG로 다시 저장)과 파일(최대 10MB)은 Firebase Cloud Storage에 저장되어 상대에게 전달됩니다. 첨부는 두 사람만 열 수 있고, 알림에는 메시지 내용이나 파일 이름 없이 '새 메시지', '사진을 보냈어요', '파일을 보냈어요'만 표시됩니다. 내려받아 연 첨부 파일은 기기의 임시 저장소에 보관되며 로그아웃하면 지워집니다. 대화는 종단간 암호화(E2EE)되지 않으며 서버에서 읽을 수 있는 형태로 저장됩니다. 민감한 정보는 대화에 적지 마세요.

Messages between the two of you are stored in Cloud Firestore; photos attached in chat (up to 5 MB, re-saved as JPEG without location or other capture details) and files (up to 10 MB) are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage and delivered to your partner. Only the two of you can open attachments, and notifications show no message text or file name, only "New message", "Sent a photo" or "Sent a file". Attachments you open are kept in the app's temporary storage on your device and removed when you sign out. Chat is not end-to-end encrypted and is stored in a form the server can read. Please do not put sensitive information in chat.

커플 사진 / Couple photo

선택 기능입니다. 구성원이 올린 사진은 Firebase Cloud Storage에 저장되며 두 사람 모두에게 보입니다.

Optional. A photo uploaded by a member is stored in Firebase Cloud Storage and is visible to both partners.

푸시 알림 / Push notifications

새 메시지와 새 계획을 알리기 위해 Firebase Cloud Messaging 기기 토큰을 계정별로 저장합니다. 알림에는 메시지 본문이 포함되지 않으며, 설정에서 알림을 끌 수 있습니다.

To notify you of new messages and plans, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token for each account. Notifications contain no message text, and you can turn them off in settings.

기기에만 저장되는 자료 / Data kept only on your device

나만 보는 데이트 아이디어(후보)와 개인 일정은 이 기기에만 저장되며 서버로 올라가지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 저장공간을 지우면 함께 사라집니다.

Personal date ideas (candidates) and personal plans are stored only on this device and are not uploaded. They are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Google 서비스 / Google services

장소를 고를 때 검색어와 지도 조작 정보가 Google Maps Platform(Maps SDK, Places)으로 전송됩니다. 앱 업데이트는 Google Play의 인앱 업데이트 확인 기능을 통해 안내되며 Google Play가 처리합니다. Google의 처리에 관한 자세한 내용: https://policies.google.com/privacy

When you pick a place, your search queries and map interactions are sent to Google Maps Platform (Maps SDK, Places). App update checks run through Google Play in-app updates, which Google Play handles. Details on how Google processes data: https://policies.google.com/privacy

광고와 분석 / Ads and analytics

앱에는 광고가 없으며, 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.

• 사용 통계(Firebase Analytics): 앱 실행·화면 이용 같은 사용 이벤트, 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 기기 모델·OS 버전·언어·대략적인 국가. 메시지·계획 내용, 이름, 이메일은 보내지 않으며 광고 ID는 수집하지 않습니다. 목적: 기능 이용 현황 파악과 앱 개선. 보관: Google Analytics 데이터 보관 설정 기간(최대 14개월).
• 비정상 종료 보고(Firebase Crashlytics): 오류가 났을 때의 스택 정보, 기기 모델·OS 버전, 앱 버전, 설치 식별자. 목적: 오류 진단과 수정. 보관: 최대 90일.

The app has no ads, and we do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

• Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics): usage events such as app opens and screens used, an app-instance identifier, device model, OS version, language and approximate country. Message and plan content, names and emails are not sent, and the advertising ID is not collected. Purpose: understanding how features are used and improving the app. Retention: the Google Analytics retention setting (up to 14 months).
• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): stack traces when an error occurs, device model, OS version, app version and an installation identifier. Purpose: diagnosing and fixing errors. Retention: up to 90 days.

국외 처리 / Overseas processing

계정, 공유 자료, 대화, 사진, 알림 토큰은 Google LLC의 Firebase / Google Cloud에 저장·처리되며 장소 검색은 Google Maps Platform이 처리합니다.

• 받는 자: Google LLC
• 항목: 위에 적은 항목 (계정, 커플 연결, 공유 계획, 대화와 대화 첨부 사진·파일, 커플 사진, 기기 토큰, 장소 검색어)
• 목적: 로그인, 서버 저장·전달, 알림, 장소 검색
• 보관 기간: 아래 "보관과 삭제" 참조
• 이전 국가: 공유 자료·대화·사진은 대한민국(서울) 리전에 저장합니다. 로그인 계정(Firebase Authentication)과 알림 전달(Cloud Messaging), 장소 검색(Google Maps Platform)은 Google의 전 세계 인프라에서 처리되며, 실제 처리 위치는 Google 정책에 따릅니다.

Accounts, shared data, chat, photos and notification tokens are stored and processed by Firebase / Google Cloud (Google LLC); place search is handled by Google Maps Platform. Recipient: Google LLC. Items: those listed above. Purpose: sign-in, server storage and delivery, notifications, place search. Retention: see "Retention and deletion". Location: shared data, chat and photos are stored in the Republic of Korea (Seoul) region. Sign-in accounts (Firebase Authentication), notification delivery (Cloud Messaging) and place search (Google Maps Platform) run on Google's global infrastructure, and where Google actually processes data follows Google's policies.

보관과 삭제 / Retention and deletion

계정 자료는 계정이 유지되는 동안 보관합니다. 앱의 설정 > 계정 > 계정 삭제(삭제 직전 본인 확인)를 누르면 로그인 계정, 프로필, 기기 토큰, 대기 중인 초대 코드가 즉시 삭제되고 커플 연결에서 나가며, 그 커플의 공유 계획, 대화 메시지와 첨부 사진·파일, 커플 사진도 삭제됩니다. 상대는 공유 공간에 더 이상 접근할 수 없습니다. 연결이 끝난 커플의 공유 자료는 둘 중 한 사람이 계정을 삭제할 때 함께 삭제되며, 그 전에는 삭제 요청이 있을 때까지 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 백업과 로그에는 삭제 후 최대 30일 동안 남을 수 있습니다. 앱을 더 이상 쓸 수 없는 경우의 삭제 요청 방법은 계정·데이터 삭제 안내를 참조하세요.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Choose Settings > Account > Delete account in the app (you confirm it is you first) and your sign-in account, profile, device tokens and pending invite codes are deleted immediately, you leave the pair, and the pair's shared plans, chat messages with their attached photos and files, and the couple photo are deleted too. Your partner can no longer access the shared space. Shared data of an ended pair is deleted when either member deletes their account; until then it may remain unless a deletion is requested. Backups and logs may keep data for up to 30 days after deletion. If you can no longer use the app, see account and data deletion for how to request deletion.

이용자 권리 / Your rights

본인 정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제를 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 확인을 위해 계정 이메일 등 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 정보와 표시 이름은 앱에서 직접 확인할 수 있습니다.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing the address below. We may ask for additional details, such as your account email, to verify the request. Your account details and display name can be seen in the app.

아동 / Children

투벨은 만 14세 미만 아동(해외에서는 만 13세 미만)을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 연령의 아동으로부터 알면서 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 해당 아동의 정보가 있다고 판단되면 아래 이메일로 알려 주세요. 확인 후 삭제합니다.

Twovelle is not directed at children under 14 in Korea (under 13 elsewhere), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child's information is in the service, email us at the address below and we will delete it after verification.
